GPJ Consulting Engineers were employed in this 2 part project to provide M&E services for the refurbishment of the old mining buildings into an educational visitor attraction. The original site was the base for Camborne School of Mines and as such had a vast amount of historical importance.

GPJ Consulting Engineers designed the M&E for both buildings, which included underfloor heating, small power, lighting, domestic hot water, commercial kitchen services along with provision for the exhibition space audio visual installations.

Utilities negotiations were also carried out to provide new gas, water, electrical and telephone connections to the relevant buildings.

We are dedicated to designing better relationships, between environments, technology and people through adaptive engineering innovation. We are dedicated to designing better and etc.
