A condition survey gives you an overview of your building or asset. We decide its scope and focus with you, and whether it’s to be intrusive or non-intrusive.
The latter’s a visual inspection of accessible assets, the former involves inspection and testing of assets / services behind panels, in ceiling voids, etc.
Our engineers all have practical backgrounds; this gives them a functional, maintenance-and-operations perspective which less experienced engineers might lack. Their findings feed into a report with recommendations and costings to bring the facility up to standard.
