Like you, we’re aware of the critical importance of reliable project management. We have the experience to handle all of its stages, from RIBA Stage 0 (Strategic Definition) to Stage 6 (Handover and Close Out).
Alternatively, we’ll undertake part project management, as determined by you, for example, contract administration, project planning, schedules and programmes, cost management, quality or safety management and dispute resolution.
